Ever the ham during the graduation assembly performance:
CW and his sweet teacher Mrs. Ramos (there were an average of 39 children in his half day class all year. This woman is a saint!):
CW has been ready for first grade from day one, so for him, this day is a LONG time in coming. It seems strange to me that more than half of my kids will now be in all day school. Time flies!

Is it weird for your kids to end one year, have a short break, and then jump into the next grade? In some ways, I think year-round school is better, if only for the short breaks you get throughout the year--summer just about killed me this year!
