Bam loves Super Mario. So, of course, he had to have a new Super Mario shirt with which to begin preschool this year. Bam has a late birthday. He is not going to kindergarten until next year. He does not currently seem to even notice. I hope that holds true even when he turns five in a couple of months. He has a Super Mario backpack and, since he started school a week after his siblings, is rarin' to go.
M is not in school. But she is child number 5, so of course she had to have a backpack too! It is a princess backpack and has glitter. It is handy for the many PTA planning meetings she gets dragged to at the elementary. It holds a water bottle, goldfish, coloring books and a pencil box with crayons. And with it, she is fabulous and big.
